The HCG diet plan consists of regular doses of the hormone HCG along with following a 500 calorie a day diet. The reason why only 500 calories are needed is because the body is already pulling at least 2000 calories from the body’s stored fat to use as energy. Since you are only consuming 500 calories on the HCG diet plan, there are certain foods that you need to avoid and certain foods that you need to eat. The foods that you are required to eat on the diet plan are the ones that will help restore your body back to its normal balance of burning fat.

The following is what Dr. Simeons recommended eating in the hcg diet protocol that he developed after extensive research on the hormone.

Breakfast

For breakfast, you need to keep only to black coffee (organic preferred) and several types of tea. The types of tea that you can have are organic green tea, organic Wu Long tea, organic chamomile tea, and Yerba Mate tea. You can have as much coffee and tea that you want as long as you do not add anything else into the drinks. Also, they should be made with pure water and not tap water.

Lunch and Dinner

For lunch and dinner there are certain proteins that you should eat. They include organic fed beef or veal, organic skinless chicken breast, and a couple different types of fish which are low in mercury.

Along with the protein, you can choose from a list of vegetables such as spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, and celery. Only one kind of vegetable should be eaten with a meal. Do not add any oil or fats to cook these vegetables, instead boil, grill, or steam them. Along with the vegetables, a small apple, small grapefruit, and a cup of strawberries can be eaten as long as they are organic.

Don’t eat the same exact meals for lunch and dinner the same day. So, if you chose to eat halibut and spinach for lunch, you would then have to pick a different protein source and vegetable for dinner. There are certain herbs and seasonings that you can use for your foods as well.

If you find that you are hungry during the day, you can have all the coffee and tea that you want throughout the day. You can also have as much water as you want and are encouraged to drink as much water as you like.

Although the HCG diet plan may not seem appealing, you are only on this phase of the diet for the first 21 to 26 days of the diet. After that phase, your metabolism is set back to normal and then you can eat what you want, when you want, as long as you eat organic and avoid processed food.

Guess what…your forex trades do not exist in a vacuum. The information that you use to make decisions is constantly changing, and the only way to make the very best decisions is to keep track of the latest forex news.

You may think that you are getting all of the information that you need just by reading the forex charts that your broker sends you. However, all of those forex signals can change in an instant, depending on what’s going on in the world. There are news developments that are so sudden that the projections on your forex charts simply can’t account for them.A global summit, a change in gas prices, a bombing in the Middle East –any of these things can make your forex charts obsolete in a matter of seconds!

Because the forex world really is a global affair –and uses currencies from all over the world – you never know what is going to happen.Yesterday’s forex signals –that you were really counting on – may not be accurate today.Something obscure on the other side of the world may have an effect on the currencies you’re dealing with.If you don’t know about the latest developments, you will be making decisions that don’t have facts to support them, and that is a great way to lose money.

No matter how many automated tools and software you depend on, you cannot disregard forex news.Remember, your forex robots are programmed to study numbers and projections; they are not built to adapt to minute-by-minute changes. If you decide to turn everything over to your forex robots and put your trading strategies on “autopilot”, your robots may very well end up making decisions for you that are based on old information.

Luckily, though, you do not have to scour the world wide web to get all of your forex news.Instead, there are websites out there that are solely devoted to keeping track of news developments that can have an effect on forex trades.A quick scan of the day’s top headlines can let you know if anything major happened that can throw your strategies out of whack.

Or, you can even set up email alerts with news organizations. That way, you can get the latest developments sent right to your inbox. Before you pull the trigger on trade, you will just need to give your email a quick check and see if anything major is going on.

Topamax is a drug originally designed for use with epileptic patients. It’s now become the drug of choice for prescription to migraine sufferers. Other conditions this drug is being used for include: bipolar disorder, obesity, alcoholism, post-traumatic stress disorder, bulimia nervosa, obsessive compulsive disorder among other conditions that it is being investigated for.

It is designed to be taken continuously in order to prevent migraine attacks from occurring. To its credit it has helped in preventing migraines and for many people who suffer with very frequent migraine attacks as they had few alternatives.

The purpose of this article is to give a full account of the pros and cons for taking a drug like topamax so that my fellow migraine sufferers can make an informed decision.

Through my research on topamax users I’ve found that many discontinue using it because of its severe side effects while others continue using it reasoning that the side effects are worth the result of relief from migraines.

The side effects that have been most commonly experienced by patients on topamax include:

-psychomotor slowing

-memory problems (short term memory loss)

-fatigue

-feelings of pins and needles

-confusion

-somnolence (increased desire for sleep also called hypersomnia)

-upper respiratory tract infections

-diarrhea

-nausea

-loss of appetite (leading to rapid weight loss)

-dizziness

-kidney stones

And recently the FDA has issued a notification alerting physicians and patients about the risk of vision loss through the development of acute myopia or glaucoma. The initial symptom of this is pain in or around the eyes which typically occurs within the first month of usage.

The cost of topamax in the United States ranges from a whopping $120 to over $400 respectively for 25mg to 200mg bottles containing 60 tablets.

So does topamax help migraineurs?

Pros: As I stated earlier it has definitely shown that it does help to reduce occurrences of migraine attacks.

Cons: Mild to severe to devastating side effects potentially worse than your migraines.

My personal view is that based on all the possible side-effects a decision to go on a drug like this should not be taken lightly and only after all other alternatives have been explored. After all why would you want to simply trade one problem for another? At least your migraines are free!

There are a number of ID card printer ribbons-the most commonly used ribbons include the YMCKO, YMCKOK, YMCKOK, YMCK, O, YMCKK, KO or KrO, K or monochrome resin black ribbon, and black sublimation ribbon.
Which ribbons are used most for multi-color ID card printing?
The YMCKOK ribbon is usually used with a duplex, or dual-sided, printer when applying full color to the front and black to the back of the ID card. It is one of the most common types of ribbon, having six panels.
The first five panels (YMCKO) are used for the front of the card, and the sixth panel (K) is used for the back. Each image (panel set) contains six panels. A six-panel YMCKOK ribbon rated at 300 images will actually print 300 cards.
The YMCKK ribbon is only used with a laminating duplex printer when printing resin black (K) on the back and full color on the front of the ID card. Just like the YMCKOK ribbon, a YMCKK ribbon prints the same amount of images as cards. This means that 500 images will produce 500 cards.
Which ribbons are used for single color ID card printing?
KO or KrO is a two paneled, resin black ribbon that is protected by the O (overlamination) panel. This type of ribbon is usually used for simple tasks and industrial use because the color is limited to black. The O panel provides protection from aging and UV exposure. Ideal for printing text and barcodes, it should not be used for printing photos.
K or monochrome resin black ribbon is a continuous black ribbon without any

panels. It is ideal for economical, industrial printing of black barcodes and text. It is the simplest type of ribbon, and lacks an O panel. This can be remedied easily by using a lamination printer. Again, it is not a good choice for printing photos.
If you insist on going black and white, black sublimation ribbons produce smooth shades of gray. They are better at for printing black and white photos, but they dont print text very well and they cant produce a barcode that is readable by infrared.
Which ribbons are made for both dual-sided ID card printing and single-sided printing?
The YMCKO ribbon is the most common type of ID card printer ribbon used for full color printing. The YMCKO ribbon can be used in all dual-sided and single-sided printers. It is an ideal ribbon for dual-sided full color printing sans lamination. This ribbon can be used in for most purposes but because of ribbon waste it isnt the most cost-effective choice. If the ribbon is set for 400 images, for example, it will print only 200 cards per ribbon because it is using two images per card.
The YMCK ribbon should only be used in conjunction with a laminating printer. The YMCK doesnt have a built in O panel as it is only a four-panel ribbon, and thus it must be protected by a heavy overlaminate. It is another good choice for ID card printing laminating gone side and using full color on both sides. An YMCK ribbon set at 300 images will print 300 single-sided cards, or half that (150) in double-sided cards.

Whether you live in a condominium, office building, hotel room, apartment block or in your own house, finding that you can’t get some relaxing peace and quiet, is a pain. Even in brand new homes and buildings it’s still possible to hear straight through the walls and ceilings, often it’s even louder than in older buildings.

Loud disturbance is constantly a problem as it can be heard through floors of apartments and houses and is usually more of a problem when there is no background noise to help mask it inside your own house.  However, normal commonplace noises such as normal speech, normal tv and radio volumes and sounds should not be heard by the next door neighbor. The present-day regulations for noise control through separating walls have been introduced to stop this.

If you are experiencing this kind of noise problem, there are sound insulating materials that will offer a solution.  Nonetheless, before corrective processes can be attempted, it it should be determined what type of noise is being experienced.

Is it airborne, flanking or impact noise?

Floating noise is the sort emitted by speech or music.  Impact noise is created by for instance doors opening and closing in the building and so on.

Or Impact noise?

Impact noise is usually constructual sound which is directly transferred through walls or floors whereas the route of floating sound actually penetrates dividing structures i.e. walls and floors – without any other helping factor.

Or is flanking noise?

Flanking disturbance is noise reaching a room by an indirect path. For instance noise coming to the room above your home theatre from a path other than through the ceiling above, noise reaching an adjacent room by a route other than through the wall etc.

Noise from above is usually coming through uninsulated floors and ceilings in properties that were built or converted before the present-day strict rules for sound control through floors and walls were introduced.  Any noise coming from above should be undertaken from above, and usually can only be accomplished with the co-operation of your neighbor.

Window noise insulation is a little more tricky, as when these can be opened and they invariably can, they normally can’t really be sealed. Windows are especially vulnerable and the route to least noise resistance for noise entering or leaving your home and the most sound seeping are those with single glass pains and wooden window frames.

Electrical boxes i.e. AC outlets, wall plates and heating ducts as well as air ventes and so on should also be taken into consideration in the soundproofing process. Electrical boxes and wall plates for example can be sealed with a non-hardening silicone caulk and can prove invaluable.

There are a lot of ways to soundproofing rooms in your home so you can get some peace and quiet or at the very least give your neighbours the same courtesy. If you’d like to learn more about soundproofing, search online or read this book on soundproofing rooms to gain more diy home improvement knowledge.
